WARRANTY & RETURNS

We are so proud to sell our high quality USAMade Components and know you will be pleased.  USAMade Components are manufactured at a facility which is certified to ISO 9001:2008 standards.  They really care about their machining and that's why we do business with them.  USAMade Components are checked before being shipped.

USAMade Compnents does not warrant against failure or damage due to misuse such as, but not limited to incorrect installation, poor maintenance, abuse or neglect, a wreck, using the product for something other than its' intended purpose and/or alteration of the product.

Returns not accepted after 30 days. Therefore, be sure to inspect your order as soon as possible upon receipt. The product(s) must be returned in the condition it was sent.

To return a product: please email USAMade Components at: sales@usamadeco.com.  In email; please provide name, address, order # and reason for return. If accepted, we will provide you with Return Authorization Number (RA#).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

All returned items are to be shipped to USAMade Components with RA# marked on outside of package. Please make the return within 10 days of receiving the RA#. Include a copy of invoice. The items must be returned with original packaging. Once your item is received and processed; we will issue a credit to your Paypal account. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please note that returns are subject to the following -a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for any of the following conditions:
• Buyer changes their mind
• Bought by mistake (i.e. wrong BCD’s-bolt size)
• Accidental order
• Better price available
• No longer needed
• No longer wanted

Additionally, if an item is returned in a condition other than that which was sent; we will deduct the cost of the return label and 50% of the purchase being withheld. All our products are new, never used. We take pride in offering a quality product that is made to ISO 9001:2015 quality standard.
